A Non-Newtonian Fluid

Rip me a new one

I specifically picked something that wasn't too spectacular looking, not hitting you with color, and where you can check out what unperfect light does in conjunction with a standard lensed older camera. ::nods::

Minolta XG-M
ASA 400 Fuji Film
1.4 shutter.
No adjustments in color, cropping, only a resize.

there isn't anything particularily wrong with this picture, but there is nothing that really *grabs* me in the whooohaaah.

it'd be nice to see the corner of the building, closer up, in drenching sunset colors
It's a lil more striking in the actual photo, but the reason I posted this, like this, and actually said something about not cropping it was because I took this out of the window of a moving vehicle.

I think it was more of a great photo for *me* because I know where and why I took it.
And it's totally uncropped so I didn't get rid of a weird chunk of cars or fix the angle, but got a good angle on the building with my clunker of a totally manual SLR and still managed to get it in focus and kinda impress myself with the composition.

I'd prefer it drenched in like with great colors as well..
but it's a fucking starbucks.. it's inherently evil as it is.
i think that's why i like the stories behind the pictures. it's pretty damn amazing to get good images out of a moving vehicle.
